An important introduction for this topic is an article from Hernández (2012), in which he explains that the yellow journalism is a concept invented in XIX century, when two New York newspaper started to fight for sells (the New York World and New York Journal). The tone of their articles was raising a lot. Even they were accused of creating news and paying people for modifying their answer. Nowadays, the yellow journalism can be seen as newspapers, as news and blogs. The news of murders is accompanied with pictures of the victim with blood and their body parts around them. Such is the case of the newspaper "¡Veapues!", their polemic headlines make people interest in this type of news, but on the other side, some other people think that this type of "obscenities" would not have to be shown in a public newspaper.

Another starting point is an article from Carrillo, M. (2012), in which he explains us that the information is a fundamental right of the people who live is an open and democratic society, and this right involves a very professional execution that is governed by some deontological rules of the journalism. The purpose of these rules is to give priority to the most relevant articles; for example, the excessive use of cameras reduces the relevance of a specific article and makes it just a mockery of the real journalism.
